NASA announced at a press conference on Friday that it's delaying its plans for a Moon landing until Artemis IV in 2028. The Artemis III mission, scheduled for 2027, was originally going to attempt to land on the Moon but will now be a test flight instead. Instead of hardcoding the expected string, it captures the actual native code string from the original function before hooking it, then returns that exact string. This way, no matter what browser, no matter what platform, the spoofed toString returns precisely the same string that the original function would have returned. It is, in effect, a perfect forgery.
